Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case a candidate wants to cancel any course booked, the same need to be requested through a written application with a valid reason (substantiated with proof) to the management. Kindly note that the approving the cancellation is at the sole discretion of the management. Institute is entitled to cancel the course at any juncture due to internal technical reasons or due to insufficient strength of the course (25% Minimum), this would automatically get transferred to the next date, however if a candidate cancels the course due to this, 10% of Course fee will be deducted as Processing Fee. No refund in case of Package course bookings. You may do so preferably in person, alternatively my Emailing on info@riihsr.org & Label as “Cancellation Request: Course Name: date”. The Cancellation and Refund Criteria / applicability are listed below: –

• Prior one month of commencement of course – 75 % of the total fee will be refunded.
• Within 15 to 30 days of commencement of course – 50 % of the total fee will be refunded
• Within 14 days and up to 3 days of commencement of course – 25 % of the total fee will be refunded.
• Within 72 hrs. of commencement of course – No refund, the fees paid shall be forfeited.
  1. The Refund amount will be issued only by crossed cheque or Online mode only to the candidate and the same need to be collected within a month from the date of cancellation; else the same would be forfeited.
  2. The above policies are applicable to the courses originally registered and refunds are not applicable to the course that has been carried forward by shifting to the alternative dates.
  3. Receipt in original / Online booking Confirmation mail send to the registered Email only, to be surrendered for refund upon which refund shall be processed in 7-10 working days by cheque in the respective name registered. NO REFUNDS will be processed without original receipt / online booking Confirmation mail send to the registered Email only.
  4. Duplicate receipts will not be issued at any juncture.
  5. All Cancellations, will have to be done in person, and refund cheque taken in person by the candidate.

Note: The RIIHSR Exit Exam FEE of INR 500/- per course collected by us and submitted to RIIHSR on your behalf, is NON-Refundable under any circumstances once paid.
